Are you struggling with the stresses of juggling different areas of your life and constantly feeling like you’re not good enough or stuck in a rut?

Are you consumed by negative emotions and burn out, trying to keep your head above water?

Do you want to take back control of your life, start managing the stress, fully accept yourself and feel alive again?

If you have answered yes to any of the above then welcome, you have arrived to the right place.

I’m Beth and I help women manage stress by empowering them to let go of limiting beliefs and negative emotions.

eNow more than ever, we women are putting so much pressure on ourselves to be the perfect career woman, wife, mother etc. It becomes exhausting and more often than not we are burning out and not giving ourselves the chance to fully enjoy life.

A lot of our stress is caused by limiting beliefs that we have picked up along our life journeys.  These beliefs can hold us back from living a fulfilled life, free of burn out. I would like to help as many women as possible to break free of this cycle by helping you to identify what it holding you back or causing further stress in your life.

There will always be stresses in this fast paced world but I want to give you the tools to manage and start living your best life.

Trust me, I fully understand how stress can negatively impact your life, I too have put so much pressure on myself in the past and ended up a frazzled mess.

Having worked in a highly stressful corporate environment from a young age I have had to learn the hard way, by burning out more than once. In my 20s I dealt with the stress through the ‘work hard, play hard’ mentality and later on I used shopping as a crutch, so what I had to show for it is some crazy memories and a cupboard full of clothes (some with labels still on!).

I had my second burn out a couple of years ago. During the lead up to this particular burn out, I had moved countries, was organising my wedding, trying to get my driver’s license in my 30s (hehe), and had been given two roles at work, with a hectic travel schedule. I struggled to find the energy to give any of myself to my relationships, let alone to working on myself.

I remember breaking down towards the end of that year from sheer exhaustion.  We are taught that we should get a job and work hard then we will find happiness in life, however I found myself in my early 30s having achieved everything they say you should but feeling completely empty.

It was at that stage that I decided to take back control of my life and to start working on myself. I had to take a step back from the fast pace and actually see how I had arrived at this point. It wasn’t easy, but as time went by I started to make the changes that I needed in order for me to actually live my life and not be a spectator of it.

Since then, I have also become a mamma to my little girl Chloe’. Having a baby forced me to slow down further and has also brought with it different stresses which I have had to learn to cope with (and still doing so on a daily basis).

Having certified as a transformation and life coach, what has really helped me move forward is understanding how our minds work and recognizing limiting beliefs that can hold you back from dealing with life’s stresses. It has since then become my passion to help other women with this so they can life a more fulfilling life.

I am South African and moved to London when I was 18 thinking I was going to take a gap year. Seven years later Imoved to Geneva, Switzerland with work where I lived for four years prior to moving back to South Africa where I am currently based.

I met my husband Chris the second weekend after I moved to Geneva and I am a very lucky lady as he is my biggest supporter.

Our little one was born in March 2018 and is keeping us on our toes!

My number one love is my family who are my life.

My second love is music, especially indie rock, and I spent a lot of my 20’s at concerts and music festivals.

I also love to travel and experience different cultures. I have been blessed to go to several different countries and have a bucket list of countries I still plan to visit.

I chose the name Wildflower Transformation Coaching from the quote, “Like a wildflower, she spent her days, allowing herself to grow, not many knew                of her struggle, but eventually all knew of her light”.

I would love to help you through whatever struggles you may be experiencing so that everyone around you can see your light.
